　　中新网福州7月5日电 (记者 龙敏)随着今年第4号台风“丹娜丝”逐渐逼近，福建海事局于5日12时启动船舶防台二级响应。

　　福建海事局强化安全提醒，持续播发台风预警信息，对进入台湾海峡的船舶进行点对点联系，提醒船舶调整航行计划，及时选择锚地抛锚避风；摸排辖区在船人数较多的试航船舶、科考船舶、院校船舶，实时掌握船舶动态，督促辖区客渡运航运公司和船舶严格落实禁限航有关规定，包括“黄岐至马祖”“马尾至马祖”“泉州至金门”等“小三通”航线在内的多条客渡运航线已停航；组织辖区施工船舶、无动力船舶、修造船舶抓紧撤离至安全水域，50个水上施工项目停工，督促海上休闲船舶、乡镇船舶于今日12时完成人员撤离工作。

　　同时，福建海事局还加强了对载运危险品船舶进港的管控，要求码头业主调整在港危险品船生产作业计划，尽早安排船舶出港避风。

　　据福建海事局指挥中心主任方其超介绍，目前福建沿海共有在港船舶2752艘，其中客渡船201艘，危险品船84艘，长期停泊船324艘，修造船283艘，施工船285艘。海事部门已启动24小时专人值班和领导干部在岗带班制度，三级海事管理机构主要领导均取消周末休假在岗指挥，组织49艘海巡船艇、3艘100米级大型专业救助船、4架救助直升飞机以及104艘港作拖轮进入应急值守状态，全力以赴做好防范工作。(完) 【编辑:付子豪】
