　　中新网7月3日电据美联社报道，当地时间7月2日，美国联邦法官兰道夫·莫斯裁定，特朗普政府暂停南部边境庇护申请的命令违法，并叫停了这项命令。

当地时间2025年3月4日，美国总统特朗普在美国国会联席会议上发表演讲。

　　报道称，莫斯表示，该命令将于7月16日生效，特朗普政府有两周时间上诉。

　　据报道，莫斯承认，政府在南部边境面临“巨大挑战”，庇护申请“积压严重”。但他在长达128页的裁决书中多次重申，总统无权禁止庇护。

　　据此前报道，特朗普1月20日宣誓就职美国总统当天，签署行政令，宣布南部边境进入紧急状态。行政令要求采取加强人员和资源部署、增加物理屏障等措施，制止所有非法移民入境。

　　1月22日，特朗普签署行政令，暂停非法移民通过南部边界入境美国，指示国土安全部、司法部和国务院采取一切必要行动，立即驱逐、遣返并清除越过美国南部边界的非法移民。
