　　中新网7月1日电 据上海动物园微信公众号消息，上海动物园6月30日发布《通告》，近期，网络上关于上海动物园“父母喂10月龄婴儿喝奶瓶被赶惹争议”等报道引发广泛关注。

　　《通告》中称，经查，2025年6月14日，游客茅先生一家在该动物园科学教育馆展厅内给婴儿用奶瓶喂奶，现场工作人员服务意识不强，劝阻茅先生及其家人在展厅喂奶过程中处理不当，双方发生言语冲突。对工作人员教育培训不够到位，对茅先生的投诉处理不够有效，给茅先生及其家人造成伤害。对此，上海动物园深表歉意。

　　《通告》中提到，事件发生以后，该动物园与茅先生积极沟通、表达歉意并听取意见，目前已得到了茅先生的谅解。该动物园将深刻吸取教训，完善服务设施，加强人员培训，提升服务意识和人文关怀。
