　　中新网7月12日电(记者甘甜) “南海周边国家应当谈判协商和平解决有关争议，域外势力干涉只会加剧南海紧张局势，” 马来西亚国立大学法律系教授萨拉瓦蒂·马特·巴西尔7月10日在接受中新网记者采访时表示。

　　“南海：历史与现实”国际学术研讨会10日在北京举行。巴西尔在与会期间接受中新网采访时表示，南海对全球货物运输至关重要，且自然资源十分丰富，因此相关国家应当努力维护地区局势和平稳定。

　　巴西尔关注到，中国与越南、菲律宾等多国展开了对话，也与马来西亚进行了相关合作。公开资料显示，中方已实现同南海当事国涉海机制性对话的全覆盖，中国还与马来西亚启动了海上问题双边对话。

　　在采访中，巴西尔还表达了对域外势力干涉的担忧。她警告称：“如果把其他国家卷入我们的问题中，只会产生更多问题。”

　　“如果美国等国仍然不断介入南海局势，那将导致局势进一步升级。”巴西尔表示，“有时，我不明白为什么加拿大、比利时、德国会出现在南海，它们与南海又有何关联？”

　　巴西尔指出，如果出现了争端，相关国家应当坐下来共同协商，拒绝任何域外势力干涉，确保南海保持持久的和平与稳定。“只有当人们开始协商时，我认为才是对南海局势最为有利的。” 【编辑:张奥林】
