　　中新网北京7月5日电 (记者陈杭)记者5日从北京市气象局获悉，未来一周北京高湿闷热天气预计持续。

　　据介绍，西太平洋副高是影响我国天气的关键系统，其季节性活动直接关系各地雨季进程。常年7月中下旬，副高将明显北抬，受其外围暖湿气流控制，北京闷热多雨，出现俗称的“桑拿天”。

　　今年6月下旬，副高较常年提前北抬，副高外围的偏南暖湿气流向北源源不断地输送水汽，北京地区湿度增大、体感闷热，北京提前进入“桑拿天”。从目前的天气形势看，未来一周仍受副高影响，高湿闷热天气持续。

　　北京市气象局提示，高湿闷热环境下，容易发生中暑，心脑血管疾病风险升高，需从科学调控环境温度、饮食调整、作息管理等多方面做好防范。保持规律作息，利用清晨凉爽时段进行户外活动，避免正午高温时段外出。夜间保证充足睡眠，创造通风凉爽的睡眠环境。

　　老、弱、病、幼人群应尽量待在凉爽室内或阴凉处，出现中暑症状及时用药就医。室内合理使用空调，保持空气流通。注意清淡饮食，多吃新鲜蔬菜和水果，避免食用过于油腻、辛辣的食物，及时补充水分和电解质。同时，高湿闷热天气下，午后或夜间容易出现阵性降水，外出时请做好防范。(完) 【编辑:付子豪】
