　　中新网北京7月4日电 (记者 李纯)国家卫生健康委员会4日在北京举行新闻发布会，中国医学科学院整形外科医院主任医师王永前明确指出，“‘微整形’没有风险”这个说法是错误的。

　　王永前表示，医疗美容分为手术类和非手术类两大类。手术类包括双眼皮、隆鼻、吸脂、面部轮廓整形等。非手术类包括激光治疗、注射美容、线技术(也叫“线雕”)等，这些非手术的技术俗称为“微整形”。

　　王永前指出，“微整形”的创伤小、恢复快，风险相对较低，但并不是没有风险，需要在医疗机构接受相关的治疗。例如，激光、射频、等离子等光电治疗手段，短期并发症就包括皮肤红斑、结痂、烧灼感、局部肿胀等等。这些一般会在短期内逐步消失，但仍可能留有长期的色素沉着、瘢痕、接触性皮炎等情况。

　　王永前还举例说，注射美容可能导致局部的不平整、皮下结节、肉芽肿形成。比较罕见的严重并发症包括血管栓塞导致的皮肤坏死、失明或者脑梗。线技术的并发症包括线头的外露、血肿、局部不平整、双侧不对称、皮肤拉痕等等。

　　王永前提示公众，应充分了解医疗美容项目的风险和实际效果，前往医疗机构、使用正规的产品和器械。“大家除了要注重外表的美丽之外，更要重视自身的安全和健康。”(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】
