　　中新网北京6月27日电(查志远)6月27日，交通运输部副部长付绪银在新闻发布会上表示，2024年内河亿吨大港已经达到了23个，是2012年的2.3倍。

　　内河航运是综合交通运输体系的重要组成部分，具有运能大、成本低、绿色低碳等比较优势，在助力做强国内大循环、支撑国内国际双循环中发挥着重要作用。

　　近年来，随着长江、西江、京杭运河等主干线大通道能力持续提升，江汉运河、江淮运河建成通航，平陆运河等一大批重大工程加快推进，我国内河航运高质量发展取得了显著成效。

　　付绪银表示，随着内河港口和航道能力的提升，2024年的内河货运量达到了49.5亿吨，是2012年的2.2倍，货物周转量达到了2.2万亿吨公里，是2012年的2.9倍。

　　此外，据付绪银介绍，在国家“两新”政策的支持下，去年拆解老旧船舶有2500艘，新建了一批大型化、标准化、专业化、清洁化的船舶，船舶装备水平显著提高。

　　在运输组织优化方面，付绪银表示，2024年长江干线的江海联运量达到了15.6亿吨，约占长江干线总运量的40%。运输服务模式也在不断创新，长三角集装箱经过河海直达运输，由三省一市直达运抵洋山港出海，运输时间平均缩短2天，单位集装箱物流成本降低了大概800块钱。(完)
