　　中新网7月9日电据人社部网站消息，当前，正值招工求职高峰期，一些不法单位和个人为牟取利益，未经行政许可、逃避监管，擅自开展职业中介活动，其中部分非法职介活动从线下迁移至网上，利用各类互联网平台，以公众账号、小程序和其他互联网群组等形式，常态化发布招聘岗位，开展职业介绍，其中不乏大量涉嫌就业歧视、虚假招聘、“招转培”“培训贷”等违法信息，有的甚至涉及以招聘为名实施诈骗犯罪活动，严重扰乱人力资源市场秩序，侵害劳动者公平就业和人身财产权益。

　　人力资源社会保障部会同中央网信办、公安部、教育部、市场监管总局，以纠治各类网络招聘乱象为重点，组织各地区深入开展2025年清理整顿人力资源市场秩序专项行动，并联合指导有关互联网平台企业，督促落实平台审核巡查责任，核验相关账号及其运营主体取得人力资源服务许可等资质情况，筛查出1196个公众账号未经许可擅自开展职业中介活动，目前已按有关法律规定和平台运营规则采取暂停发布招聘信息功能等处置措施。

　　有关部门提示广大求职者，在求职过程中务必提高防范意识，警惕各类招聘“陷阱”，注意查询相关网络招聘机构是否具有合法资质，通过正规渠道获取招聘岗位信息。一旦发现就业权益和人身财产权益遭受损失，请及时联系有关部门依法投诉维权。【编辑:于晓】
